As the name partially reveals , it is made from Croatina grapes. A beautiful ruby red with dark notes, tending to purple, it combines the typical fruitiness of Croatina with a good tannic structure. Maraschino cherry, sour cherry, plum, jam of red berries and occasionally liquorice, give way to deep vanilla and green pepper. It remains fresh on the palate at all times.
We think it is the perfect complement to game dishes, such as venison and cranberry sauce.
