Colline Novaresi Rosato DOC Eros This is a straightforward rosé from Nebbiolo grapes. It’s dry and light enough (12,5%) to want you keep tasting those incredible raspberry notes for more than one glass. We like it best with poultry, but it’s an option also to accompany fish. Its aromatic wealth stretches from wild strawberries, raspberries, cherries to apple and gooseberry. It’s never banale!
